Privacy policy
This policy explains how EDIA enterprises processes personal data in its services, in particular the AgroIA platform. It is the same policy you can read inside AgroIA → Privacy (GDPR).
1. Controller
EDIA enterprises ("EDIA"). Contact: edia.enterprises@hotmail.com.
2. What data we process and why

3. Where your data is
Your farm data is stored on EDIA's server (or on your own hardware in the local version). The artificial intelligence (text, voice and image) runs on that server: your questions, photos and recordings are not sent to external AI providers. Only public services that receive no personal data are queried: weather (MET Norway, NASA), maps (IGN, EUMETSAT, Sentinel-2, OpenStreetMap), currencies and market prices.
4. Recipients
We do not sell your data. We only share it with business partners if you separately agree, and you can withdraw that agreement at any time. Technical support does not access your farm data: it only sees what you send in a request and, if an incident requires it, accesses it only with your express authorisation for that incident, which is logged.
5. Cookies
AgroIA uses no advertising or analytics cookies. It only uses a technical security cookie (form protection, session length), a technical cookie that remembers your privacy choice (6 months) and a preference cookie so Sophie's greeting is not repeated (6 months). If statistics or marketing are enabled in the future, we will ask you first and you can refuse. This website (ediaenterprises.com) sets no cookies.
6. Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Arts. 15 to 21 GDPR). You can exercise them inside AgroIA (Privacy → My rights, signed in to your account) or by writing to us from the e-mail address you registered with; we reply within one month at most. You can complain to the supervisory authority of your country (in France, the CNIL: www.cnil.fr).
